Endurvana ("we," "us," or "our") operates endurvana.com and the services associated with it. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have over it. We keep this simple because we collect very little.
What We Collect
We collect information you provide directly when you submit an application to participate in an Endurvana experience:
- Full name
- Email address
- Phone number (optional)
- Sport and training background
- Your stated goal and reason for applying
We also collect standard technical data that your browser sends automatically when you visit any website — this includes your IP address, browser type, and pages visited. This data is processed by Cloudflare, our hosting provider, as part of normal web infrastructure.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information you submit only to:
- Review your application and determine fit for an Endurvana experience
- Contact you regarding your application status
- Send you updates about upcoming experiences if you opt in
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not use it for advertising.
Email Communications
If you apply or subscribe to updates, your email address is stored in Kit (formerly ConvertKit), our email platform. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any email we send. Unsubscribing removes you from all Endurvana communications immediately.
Data Storage and Security
Your information is stored on secure servers provided by our platform partners (Cloudflare and Kit). We take reasonable precautions to protect your data, but no system is completely secure. We encourage you not to submit sensitive information beyond what the application requires.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Request a copy of the information we hold about you
- Ask us to correct inaccurate information
- Ask us to delete your information
- Withdraw consent for email communications at any time

Cookies
Endurvana does not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics. Cloudflare may set technical cookies necessary for security and performance. These do not track you across other websites.
Bot Protection
This website uses Cloudflare Turnstile to protect our application form from automated abuse. Turnstile verifies that form submissions come from real visitors without displaying a CAPTCHA. As part of this verification, Cloudflare may process technical signals from your browser. This service is governed by Cloudflare's Turnstile Privacy Addendum.
Children's Privacy
Endurvana experiences are designed for adult endurance athletes. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 18. If you believe a minor has submitted information to us, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as our services evolve. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of endurvana.com after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
