A premium endurance experience born in Puerto Rico for athletes who seek flow, recovery, and reward. Swim an ocean-fed lagoon at dawn, run through Old San Juan, and recover with intention — all at an aerobic Zone 2 effort — finishing with a Caribbean reward chosen around the day's best conditions.
Every Endurvana experience follows the same emotional architecture: shared effort, collective flow, intentional recovery, a location-specific reward, and the kind of connection that lasts beyond the day.
After every experience, you receive a short personal note from your guide — your effort read against the day's real conditions. You already have the data on your watch. What you don't have is what it meant.
You are not a professional. But you are not casual either. You know what a tempo block feels like at mile 18. You have stood at a start line in the dark. You have trained through heat, doubt, and a full work week. From the avid weekend runner to the Ironman finisher — Endurvana is built for exactly that athlete. The one who chases the full experience of endurance sport because the sport itself is the point. This is not for everyone. And that is exactly the point.
The water does not care how fast you are. It just asks that you show up.
A premium, guided endurance day in Puerto Rico — an open-water swim in an ocean-fed lagoon at dawn, a run through the historic streets of Old San Juan, and intentional recovery, all at an aerobic Zone 2 effort. It finishes with a Caribbean reward chosen around the day's best conditions. After the day, you receive a personal note from your guide putting your effort in context.
Experienced endurance athletes — runners, cyclists, swimmers, and triathletes who train consistently and take their performance seriously. Athletes range from dedicated weekend competitors to Ironman finishers. Every applicant is reviewed personally. This is not for beginners or casual movers.
$195 per athlete at introductory pricing. The group is limited to 8 selected athletes per experience. Every athlete applies — this is not open registration.
The experience begins at Laguna del Condado in San Juan with an open-water swim at dawn. The lagoon connects to the open ocean, so conditions are real, and we swim in a protected estuarine reserve and treat it as one. Athletes then run through the historic streets of Old San Juan — a 500-year-old city with cobblestone roads, colonial walls, and ocean views. Everything is run at an aerobic Zone 2 effort. The final recovery reward is chosen based on the conditions that day.
No. We swim in a protected estuarine reserve and treat it as one — we observe wildlife only from a distance, and never touch, chase, or feed it. This is an endurance experience, not an animal encounter.
A short personal note from your guide — your effort read against the day's real conditions, with one concrete thing to focus on next. You already have your data on your watch; the note is what it meant. No invented scores, no pseudo-science.
Each experience covers roughly a 1,000-meter open-water swim in Condado Lagoon, followed by a 10K run through Old San Juan. These distances are approximate, not exact — open-water conditions, tides, and small route adjustments mean the actual distance can vary slightly from day to day. We always aim to keep each segment within that range.
The lagoon is swimmable year-round, roughly 78–85°F (26–29°C). It's warmest around September (~85°F / 29°C) and coolest December–April (~78°F / 26°C) — comfortable without a wetsuit, though some athletes prefer a short (shorty) wetsuit in the cooler months. These are coastal sea-surface averages; the shallow lagoon can run slightly warmer.
Through the application form on this page. Three steps: your info, your training background, and why you want this experience. Every application is reviewed personally by Alejandro within 48 hours. Submitting does not guarantee acceptance — we review every athlete to protect the pace and energy of the group.
Endurvana begins here: swim at dawn, run through Old San Juan, recover with intention, and earn a Caribbean reward chosen around the day's best conditions.
But Puerto Rico is only the origin. What we're building here — the methodology, the standard, the proof — is meant to travel. Wherever athletes gather to go deep and recover with intention, that is where Endurvana belongs.
You leave with more than photos. You leave with people who shared the effort with you — and a reason to stay connected after the day ends.
